Elite View Hotel

Programmatic Concept Statement:
The goal is to provide hotel guests with the optimum experience that joins the contemporary liveliness of downtown Austin, Texas with the its cattle ranching roots. The hotel seeks to offer quality service and ammenities suitable for a wide spectrum of guest preferences and needs. The hotel should be altogether comfortable and inviting for families, friend groups, and business travelers alike with a color palette that reflects Texan attributes.

Design Concept Statement:
The concept of this space is to create a healthy balance of agrestic features with more contemporary ones to allow guests to immerse themselves in a true Texan experience. The incorporation of natural wood tones will be juxtaposed to clean edged furniture and modern kitchen material selections to create this design style. The additions of cow print commercial carpeting and natural organic components will provide a sense of the genuine Texan experience while also having contemporary features like upbeat colors and artwork to incorporate the hustle and bustle associated with the downtown Austin atmosphere. 

The overall hotel design will utilize a linear organizational pattern to assist in the flow between spaces and provide easy wayfinding for guests. Rooms will be placed intentionally as they adhere to the shell of the building and windows will be incorporated in the majority of spaces throughout to encourage productivity and a positive mindset.
